WELCOME!
We are an age 55-plus residential homeowners association (HOA) on a quiet cul-de-sac on the east side of Indianapolis in the town of Cumberland (Marion county). We are located just off Cumberland Road between 10th and 21st streets, adjacent to Brookview Elementary School. Established in 1994, our HOA consists of 37 one- and two-story duplex patio homes (74 total residences), 4 retention ponds, and common areas. We self-govern and elect HOA board members and officers in accordance with our covenants and bylaws. Social activities include monthly gatherings for brunches, card games, and board games, in addition to an annual garage sale, picnic, white elephant parties, and a holiday gift exchange.
All dwellings are used for residential purposes and are occupied by single families. Renting is prohibited. An annual HOA assessment fee is charged. Lawn mowing, leaf removal, and snow removal services are included, but homeowners are responsible for yard maintenance (e.g., tree & shrub trimming, mulching, weeding, etc.) and external home maintenance (e.g., trim painting, power washing, etc.). Structural changes require prior approval from the HOA's Architectural Review Committee.
Access to the other pages of this website is restricted to property owners of the Cumberland Cove HOA and requires approval of the website's administrator.
